A summary of the project (CENSUS, UNICODE, IDN):Part I - Census
of languages and scripts in Africa regardless which one we will
select or not - Assess the global need of Africa Community - Study
on the current situation of languages and Part II - Codification with Unicode - Tables variants Decide about the phasing approach of the global project. Through a pilot project , select some languages to go through the registration process of UNICODE. Make the approach systematic, so other countries will use it as the formal process. Part III -
